Is your team struggling to come up with a creative solution? A creativity session will help to generate lots of great ideas to be evaluated and put into action.

Using Simplexity as the backbone, existing plans, stakeholder engagements, and environmental scans as input, I help your team build a new and sustainable strategy.

Without a list of opportunities your team can’t move forward. Combining observation, analysis and interviews, I will generate a list of opportunities for your team to embrace.
Half-Day Session
Typically 3 hours. The Half-Day Session carries on from the Test Drive and includes a brief Profile session, full documentation, acceptance plan and 3 months of PA Support.
Full/Multi Day Session
Typically 6 hours – for multiple or complex problems – more customizable. The Full-Day Session carries on from the Test Drive and includes a brief Profile session, full documentation, acceptance plan and 6 months of PA Support.
By-The-Project
By-The-Project is the most customizable service. What is included will be determined during the Test Drive. By-The-Project includes the same features of a Full/Multi Day Session with fact gathering, process mapping, implementation and project management available.
