Using a comprehensive, agnostic and flexible process through an independent facilitator is critical to break down barriers and to ensure full participation from your entire team.
The Steps
Combined end to end, the six steps are powerful, comprehensive but can be customized. You provide the content and I will guide you through to a great solution. Go from deep understanding to ongoing PA support.

Each team member will discover how they prefer to solve problems using an easy, on-line tool and are provided with a comprehensive report. Team results are plotted and analyzed to identify team dynamics and development opportunities. Knowing individual and team Profiles ahead of time is invaluable.
Test Drive is a no commitment introduction to the backbone process – Simplexity. Usually done with one or a few core team members, Test Drive identifies initial problems to work on. Desired outcomes will also be determined.
Using Simplexity as the backbone process, the larger team will define the right problem to solve, generate creative ideas to evaluate and develop action plans. During the session each team member will participate to break down silos and create a safe space for input.
The team will develop a comprehensive action plan providing accountability and transparency. A narrative and wrap up of the session will be crafted. The method of telling the story is up to the team.
All parts of the session will be fully documented and delivered to the team leader.
Ongoing support for implementation barriers or roadblocks will be provided. Help with other problems is also available.
